TRANSITION SUPPORT

Sheila offers individual coaching and group workshops that help leaders and employees to reflect on transitions and helpful strategies to promote wellbeing and performance. These can be tailored to support a range of change scenarios. Some transition specific coaching programmes are detailed below. These can include bespoke pre-coaching questionnaires and the INSIGHT© transition resilience assessment.


 
 

Supports senior leaders to focus on wellbeing, career and productivity in a safe and efficient way, recognising realities of mid-life/menopause transitions.

Helps organisations to support leaders to handle significant leadership roles whilst simultaneously dealing with mid-life/menopause challenges, promoting retention and gender diversity at senior levels.

Helps employees navigate the new parent transition in the context of the workplace (and for transitions associated with further children).

Allows organisations to retain female talent through supporting them to integrate work and family roles, and to also recognise these demands for fathers and non-primary caregivers.

CONSULTANCY

Sheila’s consultancy links to cultural agendas such as wellbeing and gender/generational diversity. She has extensive experience supporting senior women in male-dominated environments.

RESEARCH

Sheila has conducted organisational and academic research on a number of topics including quarter-life transitions, gender diversity and fathers in the workplace. Her current research interest focuses on the ethnic identity of second generation immigrants.

COACH TRAINING

Sheila regularly co-facilitates coach training at the Centre for Coaching, teaching coaches developmental coaching based on INSIGHT©.
