about
APPROACH
Sheila’s approach is personable, authentic and pragmatic. She draws from an evidence base in coaching, positive, developmental and organisational psychology, and combines this with extensive cross-industry experience.
INSIGHT© is her foundational framework. She first published this in 2011, with Professor Stephen Palmer, and has since widely applied the model in coaching and psycho-education. She recently introduced CHANGES©, a coaching approach specifically for maternity and mid-life/menopause transitions.
In addition, she utilises psychometric instruments such as the Hogan suite, MBTI and VIA.
